Look out for brand new mixies of Fool for love by Sonia.They will include a PWL mix no less Coming soon. Amoungst the mixes will be The Matt Fool For Love PWL mix.Not to be missed

I had high hopes for FOOL FOR LOVE when I first learned of the project, but must say I'm not a fan of that song. It sounds cheap, tinny & just not much creativity in the structure of the song at all.

Just seems like one of those songs that you can't do too much with it, even as a remix Roll Eyes

It is true that Matt has done a brilliant PWL style mix of the track, which is much better than our original release. Their is also a Thin Red Men dance mix which is a bit harder.

We are hoping to release something very exciting with these mixes being the bonuses, but I cant say too much as we are still in negotiations.

The Haywoode version of "Getting Closer" will be out in Mid April, as we are just waiting for the final mixes to arrive, and her new album will be stunning, but more about that later!

^ Does this mean the album will be released in May. Or are you going for a second single release before the album, Gary?

I think that "Fool For Love" is a wonderful song! I love the melody and the lyrics. Sadly, the sound isn't that hot. It definately needs a remix.

And the awful CDr single I ordered had terrible sound quality, I was so disappointed. So I hope the new remixes will be released on a REAL CD, or on iTunes in high sound quality.

It sounds ok to my ears, I'm not really that mad about the song, its a bit Steps-ish (which is not bad thing really) at least she's out there doing something new and not sitting at home wasting her talents.

I think most of us on here are more than a little biased when it comes to remixes by Pete Hammond, so we'd love to hear what he could do with this track, or what he could do with that track. I'd personally love to hear an album of new songs & productions by him (both in modern& retro style) of all the old PWL acts, like Sonia, Sinitta, Hazell, Sabrina, Kim Appleby, Sam Fox, etc....but I guess thats because I live in the past musically!!!! Grin
