Being the new guy with no experience on this fourm, please tell me before I pull my hair out why the avatar option in User CP>profile>options wont upload my avatar? Thanks in advance.

Also, just wondering why does the size of the avatar keep fluctuating? Sometimes they're small and clear and other times they're larger and pixelated??

Never noticed this on other forums or the old HFF boards.
